Join the Bazel Apple/Swift Ecosystem Google Group

If you are a maintainer or a user of the rules we are starting a Google group: https://groups.google.com/g/bazel-apple-swift-ecosystem which plans to meet on a monthly basis to discuss the state of the Apple & Swift ecosystem with regards to Bazel.

Our first meeting is for Wednesday, December 11 at 3pm EST. With the following agenda:

• State of Bazel 8 support
• State of rules_swift 2.x & 3.x
• State of resource bundle rules
• State of Swift explicit modules
• State of rules_xcodeproj
• Tips for people who want to start contributing
• Questions/topics of interest from community
