Bazel Apple/Swift Ecosystem - 2025 Q3

Hi all, some of the results from the latest form we had during the meeting.

Most users are on Bazel 8+

Most users are on the latest version of the rules with some lagging just one version behind

Majority of users are using bzlmod

Users are using SPM, primarily through rules_swift_package_manager

For those of you using SPM via other methods, let us know here what those methods are!

Majority of users are using rules_xcodeproj to work with Bazel + Xcode

Most users would like to see us better support/improve the rules_xcodeproj experience
