seems to be broken. It points from the crate_universe_bzlmod to another section expected in the same document, which does not exists. Looking at the crate_universe_workspace, I noticed https://bazelbuild.github.io/rules_rust/crate_universe_workspace.html#repinning--updating-dependencies and https://bazelbuild.github.io/rules_rust/crate_universe_workspace.html#repinning--updating-dependencies-1, meaning 2 sections about the same topic. Does the later one belong to the bzlmod docs and should be moved?
