In the keyboard mode, the camera cannot be moved. Add movement of the camera with the mouse in addition to the WASD controls.

Is it needed? Keyboard controls for pedestrians were intended for debugging purposes only. Limbs for this controller don't move anyway.

I was thinking that it might be handy later since we are limited by having one motion suit. But, indeed to make it properly, we would need to animate the puppet as well. Let me move it out of milestone 0.5. I'll discuss it in the lab.
