How to do processing delay?

Summary

Hey folks,
First off, thank you for this library - it truly simplifies things! I have a use case where, while consuming a message, I might need to delay processing it for 5–15 minutes based on its content. What would be the best approach for this? I assume it would involve a combination of sqs-consumer and sqs-producer. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Apologies for the delay, SQS Consumer is not my main role.

We can't really support individual options honestly, however, for me, I would probably suggest that you don't add the message to the queue until you are ready to process the job. This would lead to far less bugs in my opinion.

You could potentially also have multiple queues that poll on different schedules and forwards the message on when ready after a set of checks as another potenital strategy.
