  This are the list of issues that would be great to solve before a first release of the pipeline that could be shared with someone else if needed. The idea is to make it self-contained with the only requirements of VCFs and BAMs for each of the samples. Also think about the dependencies in terms of datasets that need to be built for specific tools and all these things.
