List View widget?

I was wondering if making a list view widget would be possible or not, despite that, I still think that that's a good idea. I'll try making one myself and see how this works, such as getting a list from a text file and displaying data that way. I'm thinking of using something like the inverted text color to show whats selected and using arrow keys (or vim keys) along with an index to keep track. I'm not 100% sure if this already exists in the documentation, but it would be nice to still have a list view that's easy to make and customise. This shouldn't be too hard do implement so I'll post the code here if I manage to get it done!
