Include plain text version with mail?

thank you for this plugin! 😊
I am trying it the first time now and it already saved me a lot of time.

I was wondering if/how I can include a plain text version with the emails I am sending?
Don't know if it's still considered "best practice" in 2025 to send a plain text version alongside the HTML mail, but as Kirby provides the option, I wanted to ask if it's somehow also possible to also send a plain text version with Courier.
And if yes, how I can do it.

Right now, it's not possible, but it's on my roadmap to be able to do this.
When it's ready, you won't need to do anything; it will be done automatically.

I'm glad to see that Courier saves time and creates beautiful emails without so much effort.
