The idea is to display only enabled video widgets, in order to save space for people who do not want to stream or do not have a webcam. This will enable also play modes with only the video of the GM, for example.
Ideally, an area inside the module settings will offer the GM to select which user is displayed (ie enabled) or not. When a user is "enabled", then everybody sees its video. When a user is "disabled", nobody sees him, and no video widget is displayed.
Audio remains unchanged, of course.

I haven't really had much time for new features in this module lately. However, recent versions of core Foundry added the "Hide User" feature that does very close to this. It's configured on a per-client basis and not by the GM, but it does allow hiding the video window of users without losing their audio.
