Should we have static-only/dynamic content on the website?

• @neatudarius , @RaduNichita and @mguludag decided to do an initial website release to https://www.bemanproject.org/ having only static pages.
• Open discourse thread after C++Now and initial website release.

I think we already have a status quo here - we'll have static content due to review and management reasons.
