Clicking a move in a description should open the moves app, if it is closed #1052
Description
When clicking a move with the moves application open, the system will scroll to the relevant move and unfold it. However, when the moves app is closed, it will simply do nothing, which is a rather confusing behavior. I think it would be a good improvement if the system could open the moves app in this case, and then perform the normal operation (aka. open the relevant move).
