Publish Docker images more often

Hello, would you consider pushing a docker image upon merging to `main`? 

Right now images are build and published (to dockerhub) on release which last time happened on Oct 24, 2023.  I would like to avoid the overhead of building the images myself to keep up with vulnerabilities by having more frequent builds by upstream.
