Support specifying a custom root certificate authority

At least, I don't see any documentation on how to do it. I even tried setting `$SSL_CERT_FILE` but that didn't seem to effect anything.

I'm running MinIO in a kubernetes cluster, using a TLS certificate signed by my own custom CA.
