Pebblebed would be a great place for a convenience tool to do a bunch of pebbles-related things.

E.g. add checkpoint sessions, realms, domains, see checkpoint data, look at a grove post, generate pebble configs for a project (in config/initializers/pebbles.rb, not by opening and writing config/environment.rb :))

It should use http rather than talking directly to the database so that you can work against pebbles on a test or staging server, for example.
