Description
Routines should be set times to enabled and disable page blocking. The routines will be work-hours, free-hours, and shifts. The work-hours routine will have the blocking setting enable at it's start time and disabled at it's end time, and free-hours will be the inverse, shifts will be more complicated with multiple start and end times (basically work-hours with multiple start and stop times).
