Feat: Support Electron fuses.

nx-electron uses electron-builder@^25.1.8. One could toggle fuses by using the AfterPack build hook, but it would be nice and a lot less code if one could set the fuses via the schema, which is only supported from electron-builder@^26.0.0. Would an update to the dependency of this project be feasible to add support for toggling the fuses via the electron-builder schema?

Sure, I update electron-builder on every release.
I thought v16 was still in pre-release as per their GitHub repo, but if it is stable, i will update the dependencies and schema on the next update.
