Dear StackEdit Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I’m writing to seek urgent assistance regarding lost notes in my StackEdit account. Here’s what happened:

Issue Description:
○Previously, I had multiple notes in StackEdit (both local and synced).
○Today, I found almost all notes disappeared, leaving only one file visible.
○I checked Local Storage, IndexedDB, and cloud sync (Google Drive/Dropbox), but couldn’t recover the data. -
Troubleshooting Steps I Tried:
○Verified browser cache and IndexedDB (no stackedit-related data found).
○Re-logged into my account and checked sync settings.
○No manual deletion or accidental actions were taken. -
Request:
○Is there any server-side backup of my notes? If yes, could you help restore them?
○If possible please guide me on how to recover from version history or logs.

●Browser: 360 Extreme Browser / Windows 11
●Last Sync Date: August 11, 2025
