[Bug] Error 521 2captcha error

Hi all,
Since some months, I have very strange behavior with my puppeteer bot. I fill multiple forms with captchas every weeks and every weeks, the first form (same as others) got 521 error. I sent a message to 2captcha but they treat the captcha well. I think this error come from the puppeteer-extra plugin but I am not sure

The captcha plugin seems to bind the captcha but failed to resolve it
