Navigating to any of the links under the "Documentation" heading in the repo's README.md lead to a broken site with the error, "This site can’t be reached".

The links are to http://www.asset-pipeline.com/manual/ which doesn't work but the removing the www does work, http://asset-pipeline.com/manual.

Also, the documentation does not seem to be the latest. Last update was 2019
