Easy Install/Upgrade (Express)

  1. Download the UpdateOrInstall.lua file under Assets below
  2. Move this file to a folder on your computer
    • Or place it in your existing Tracker folder if you have one
    • Note: Do NOT place inside a OneDrive folder or secondary hard drive such as D:\ or E:\
  3. Open your emulator's Lua Console or Scripting Tool, then open the UpdateOrInstall.lua file
  4. Follow the prompts to complete installation

Release Notes

  • After defeating a trainer, the Tracker will now show how many trainers are left to defeat in the current area.
  • New bottom-box Carousel options available in Settings > Setup, such as adjusting the rotation speed.
  • The Pokémon's gender can now be displayed on the Tracker screen. Option is under Settings > Extras.
  • [Stream Connect] Fixed command input always being set to lowercase. If you use Streamerbot, please re-import code from Tracker's Stream Connect page (v1.0.5).
  • [Stream Connect] Added a !favorites command to display your favorite starters.
  • Fixed a bug with old data appearing when using Retry Battle.

  • [8.3.9] Fixed an issue with the Coverage Calculator incorrectly counting single-typed Pokémon as dual-type.
  • [8.3.9] Fixed an issue where the step counter could get stuck at 0 steps at the beginning of a new game.
  • Fixed an issue where Game Over screen would appear at random times while playing Emerald, Ruby, or Sapphire
  • Early pivot route info ("Walking Seen 2/5") now shows outside of battle too
  • Base EXP yield info now shown on the info page when clicking on the Pokémon icon. If you're currently in battle with that Pokémon, it will be the true EXP yield amount instead, based on the level of the Pokémon you're battling and shown in green

  • New animated Pokémon Icon Set: Walking Pals! Try it out in Settings > Setup
    • Walking Pals Pokémon are the first interactive, animated icon set for the Tracker
    • They will react to you playing the game, such as walking around or doing battle
  • While editing Tracker Controls, you can now "Reset to Default"
  • Fixed a bug where an enemy move would be revealed if they woke up and hit themselves from confusion
  • Fixed a bug where choosing not to randomize Trainer names/classes would break the Log Viewer
  • Fixed an issue where clicking on a pop-up window would also click on the Tracker screen behind it
  • UI improvements to the Log Viewer and Survival PC Heal tracking (click the heart icon to auto-track pc heals)
