Feature request: Allow variable server IP and Passwords

Currently the server info can be set via a ENV variable, it would be nice if it could be set in the flow.

I did a post on this on the Nored-Red forum.

In this I 'hacked' the node to set the server info in the flow.
This is not 100% as I would have liked it to worked but gets the job done.
I have never created a branch on a flow before and have only done this on a local copy of node-red-contrib-mssql-plus.

+1 . Allowing variables will make the node much more configurable.
Today i have 6 DBs - and i need to use 6 nodes - as there is no way to change the params at run time.
