Geo-Location Based Sorting

This issue will track progress with implementing geo-location based sorting for game servers. The server browser will sort servers by how close they are to the client. The client will be able to change their location if the geo-location of their IP address is incorrect.

With that said, once we implement the ability for users to claim their own game servers, they will be able to change their server's location if it is incorrect as well.
