Can I change the colour and width of X and Y axis lines?

I would like to have a graph display and show a thicker and coloured X and Y axis line. I have resolved this by changing the the stroke (colour and width) of the "DrawMarginFrame" but this does the entire plot areas border and not exactly what I am after.
