[Bug]: SysTray Herd menu is not appearing on the top laery

Bug description

Hi,

The Systray menu is blocking the Herd menu. Other applications work correctly and show their menu on top.

Steps to reproduce

Open the Herd Menu from the systray

This is currently an open issue related to the menubar library we're using. See max-mapper/menubar#264
