[Bug]: Sites Window Bug Keeps Loading Forever on Loading SItes

Bug description

I have been facing an issue with Herd when i click on the Open Sites button in Quick access, a window opens that says **

** and this keeps loading forever, i have tried multiple times uninstalling herd, completely deleting files from Program Files and reinstalling, downloaded many times but the exact same issue. This started happening after the upgrade to 1.19.1
