Will there ever be a version with Apache Support?

Is this feature valuable for other users as well and why?

Not every server have migrated or fully support NGINX, Apache is still very much on demand. Some works with both using Apache for the main server and NGINX for static delivery.

I was hoping for a bit more engagement regarding my request for Apache support in Herb. A brief explanation outlining why this feature might not be interesting or viable would have been appreciated. Instead, the issue was simply given a thumbs down and closed. This lack of communication feels somewhat dismissive.

As someone that just paid for Herd Pro and looking to see how I could use apache for one of the sites I manage, it isn't great to see no response from the maintainers here... @mpociot

I'm also looking for this option, @mpociot.

I'm coming from a Windows XAMPP environment, so I already have apache happily purring away. If Herd is designed to automatically install nginx, it failed to do so here (including two Herd reinstalls to make sure it wasn't an odd install glitch). This issue was closed above with the "completed" flag, but I have been fully unable to find anything anywhere in the docs or on the web describing what Herd needs me to do to make it work.

If it refused to install nginx because of the presence of a running apache, but it also doesn't support apache, then I just wasted a lot of valuable time testing if Herd could be a better approach than XAMPP.
