$PATH:unknown error when running serve_local.sh

Hello! Thanks for the incredible tutorial. I am trying to follow it step by step based on the repo. I have the folder structure and have created the image. However, when I do local testing using this command: sudo bash serve_local.sh image_name

I get this error: docker: Error response from daemon: failed to create shim task: OCI runtime create failed: runc create failed: unable to start container process: exec: "serve": executable file not found in $PATH: unknown. ERRO[0000] error waiting for container: context canceled

Am I missing something? Thanks for the help in advance.
