Description
the layout indexing is taking longer and longer...
doing some profiling to see how different options affect it...
relying on the schema does not seem to have a huge impact but index_dependencies does (anything that relates explicit dependencies between files because of some IntendedFor in the metadata)
probably need to start thinking of optimizing things...
