Adding an error filter for the HED validator for BIDS

Problem
For large event files the HED validator can be produce a lot of very similar errors. When they are given back to the BIDS validator, I believe the number of reported errors is filtered down by the BIDS validator. However, I think it would be useful for us to filter the number of errors at the events file level before reporting the errors to the BIDS validator.

Questions:

1. Should we do this?
2. What criteria should we use?

We would clearly do it by the error code, but what criteria would we use and how would we report it?

Not entirely yet generalizable wish, but I feel like there is a need in us agreeing on "Aggregation" schemata, so we could avoid having e.g. 1000 of identical errors for different paths or in your case, additional events in the same event file. And rather extending our "error message" schema with "others: list[Any]" with a list of additional paths/rows/whatever with similar errors (e.g. 10), and potentially "others_count: int" giving a total count (if known). BIDS Validator does something like that already to not flood user with all the files with similar problems.
