Adding provenance features to pybids

Hi,

I'm currently working on BEP028 (BIDS-Prov) which is in the process of being integrated into BIDS.
Here are several features that could be added to pybids following the extension.

• add conversion tools to help switch form JSON provenance records -as defined in the BEP- to JSON-LD / RDF formats
• integrate a visualizer that would draw the graph described by provenance records (this already exists in the bids-standard/BEP028_BIDSprov repo. See an example image here)
• adding textual information about provenance in pybids.reports

The idea behind this issue is to evaluate the interest of the community for each of these.
