Add formula notation behavior / rename formulaic outputs 

Currently, we use formulaic to apply formula functionality in BIDS SM.

However, it's not particularly nice looking, nor a standard way (e.g. R does it differently).

We should implement renaming the inputs from a more standard format to Formulaic, and document this in the spec.
