404 Not Found: bigchain-orm@latest

Hello,

I am trying to install bigchain-orm while following the tutorial 'How to create a digital twin of your car' https://www.bigchaindb.com/developers/guide/tutorial-car-telemetry-app/

While trying to install via sudo npm install bigchain-orm I get a npm ERR! code E404 not found bigchain-orm@latest. Is there a workaround for this problem? Or am I missing something?

I've attached the complete log into this issue using Linux version 4.15.0-45 by the way.
