Description
MDAnalysis 1.6 is rather old, it would be best to see if we can boost the version to 1.9.2 if possible. I don't think there has been that many changes, so it should mostly work.
On a related note, there is an MDTraj dependency, but it doesn't seem to be imported anywhere?
