Formatting IDF files

add a new feature to use correct indent and padding for IDF entries. The idea is from Kary IDF. I fixed an error in the original code. The updated repository is here. I can create a pull request if needed.

Just to clarify, by "correct indent and padding", do you mean only being able to handle compact one-line entries (e.g., "Version, 22.2;"), or additional items?
