Pass the a hash as parameters

the PARAMS of each BioNextflow object can be different from tool to tool. So it can be good to have an hash with custom parameters and some defined like

PARAMS["label"]
PARAMS["cmdpars"]
PARAMS["container"]
PARAMS["etc"]
