additional instructions

Hi, 

I have a couple questions about how to use this software. Is it neccessary to train a new model or is there a way to use the model from the paper? Are all the necessary modules installed by running `pip install -r src/requirements.txt` in an activated python virtualenv? When I try `python -m pipeprediction.ML`  I get an error "ModuleNotFoundError" .
