add default values for knowledge_source and agent_type, as well as description and "released" status when automation adds new infores catalog items

Currently, if a provider adds a script to generate consumed_by/consumes annotation, it is possible that it also adds new infores catalog items.

these updates to the infores_catalog.yaml without additionally adding:

• description
• status
• KL
• AT

result in failing GH validation checks on the catalog.

I think we could provide reasonable defaults automatically when this happens, and then open PRs for maintainers to edit.
