biome-ignore for more than one line

I often want to disable a rule for multiple successive lines or even whole files.

Currently I have to do it like this:

	"Cats": "Cats are independent domesticated animals known for their agility and playful behavior. They require less attention than dogs but still need proper care and affection.",
    // biome-ignore lint/complexity/useLiteralKeys: 
	"Fish": "Fish are aquatic pets that live in water. They require a tank with a proper filtration system and regular water changes to maintain their health.",
	// biome-ignore lint/complexity/useLiteralKeys: 
    "Birds": "Birds are feathered pets that can offer companionship and entertainment. They require a cage of adequate size, proper diet, and sometimes social interaction depending on the species.",

Which gets really annoying for larger pieces of code. I therefore propose to have a way to disable/enable it for a section:

Putting biome-ignore-disable on the top of the file, would disable that rule for the whole file.
