Problem installing cpan Bio::Tree::Tree

I got the following message after installing cpan Bio::Tree::Tree
Then I cannot run any script. I will appreciate any comments to fix this, please.

@ddanilobm this appears to be run on Windows? It looks like the failure is when installing a dependency (XML::DOM::XPath), can you see whether this is compatible on Windows?
