Improve the presentation of the security advisories page #1179

Description

@darosior

There was some discussions about how to best present the latest advisories in the group that manages them. This discussion does not need to be had privately, and it would be interesting to get inputs from all contributors (as well as any outside person).

I don't have a specific suggestion, but to kickstart the discussion i collected the security advisories page of a number of high-profile projects to have some point of comparison. Firefox, Chrome, OpenSSL, Botan, Python, NodeJS, SQLite, PostgreSQL, Proxmox, Android, Unbound, Nginx, some aggregator of advisories.

Besides looking at what others are doing, we need to think from first principle about what we want for this page. What do we want from this page? Who are we addressing? What are they primarily interested in?
