When a user wants to claim the NFT to a Stacks wallet, they must send a dust BTC tx:

from the same address they used to mint
to the bitcoin address represented by their STX address

In order to process this on the Stacks side, a chainhook will need to be created that monitors the TO address laid out above.

This could use the API referenced in #11
