Wish for a hint "disable rights"

In Android 11 there is a new security-feature in Apps/rights which revokes the rights of an app, if not used for a while. Which gave me some headache, because the calendar und contacts won't sync any more. I use Davx5 for a few years to sync both to my owncloud/nextcloud. And nobody told me of this new "security feature". So I did not understand, why syncing would not work.

My wish: make Davx5 let users know about that troublemaker-feature ...

As soon as there are missing permissions, DAVx⁵ guides to the DAVx⁵ Permissions activity. There you can find a "Keep permissions" switch at the top, which does exactly that :)

May be if DAVx is installed, but not when I upgraded my tablet (change to higher Andrid-version). And not, when the app was not "used" for some month. "used" is imho "app has to be in the foreground".

Yes, in this case you will see it as soon as a permission is removed by Android. Then DAVx⁵ will send you to the Permissions activity, where you also see the "Keep permissions" entry.
