Support Additional Prefixes

I would like to add extended prefix functionality to statsdaemon similar to what is seen in [this fork](https://github.com/raintank/statsdaemon). This is mainly to expand on the "global prefix" option to allow different prefixes for rates, counters, timers, and gauges. Would this be something that would be accepted if I would submit a PR?
