Benchmark for internal pathfinding needed

A benchmark and testing environment is needed to judge the quality of internal pathfinding.

* need a way to track payment success to test different weight functions for Dijkstra
* integrate a payment api into lndmanage (reuse the rebalance functionality)
* should compare to lnd's pathfinding
* measure time to deliver a payment
* measure hops / attempts
* track fees
