[PM-24939] New Item Button missing on Autofill

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the Bitwarden Sheet using the Autofill Feature
2. Try to create a new item

Expected Result

The button only appears, when invoking the Password Manager via the Passwords button in the keyboard.

Actual Result

When using the Autofill feature to invoke the Bitwarden Password Sheet you are only able to search Bitwarden for existing items, but you are unable to create new ones, as the button is missing.

This is very frustrating when trying to create a new account on websites, where the Password field does not get detected properly, resulting in the user to manually create a new account directly in the Bitwarden App, also missing the Autofill URI.
