Manifold explode

Motivation

@oakleybrunt wants to be able to create a geodesic cubed-sphere panel manifold, but then be able to explode the manifold into its individual cell manifolds in order to sample a surface mesh and process it appropriately based on inclusion within cell manifold regions.

In this context, it is to visualise the geographic regions of an LFRic panel which have been stitched together from different LFRic MPI ranks.
