Fantastic repo - would be even better if there was a link to build instructions from the main README :)

So many people are landing here to look, and don't realise they too can setup their laptop to reproduce all the output statically.

How do you get the raw gisaid data, though?

Having regular (3-7 times a week) updates of these graphs would be very valuable I feel. But just running it won't allow this.
