salmon version to be installed by --install-deps=all

Hello!
I fount that the salmon version to be installed be cl argument `--install-deps` brings the transrate to try downloading salmon v0.4, instead of the documented v0.6. The former also lacks in conda repo, where the less version available is 0.5.1.
