[Support]: 502 while paying vod about camera

Describe the problem you are having

My doorbell camera has detected persons and I correctly got the noty. Browsing frigate UI i can see the snapshot, but clicking on it i got a 502 bad gateway error. So i cannot see the recorded video. Timeline is working well but not the detection video.
In chrome console i see the error:
http://IP : 5000/vod/Doorbell/start/1728558000/end/1728559706/master.m3u8 502 bad gateway

Am i doing something wrong?

we can see in the logs that your camera has recording errors,

you have input_args: preset-record-generic-audio-copy but that is an output arg not an input arg
