Notification cooldown

Hi,
I am using the new notification service (in the web ui config->Notifications page) and it works great, however, I would be happy if I could set up a cooldown for notifications, for example - once every minute, or 10 minutes. (and maybe option to do the cooldown per camera/all cameras
Currently whenever I trigger my cameras I get a notification, but if I stay in my parking, for lets say, 10 minutes, I will get approximately 50 alerts (from 2 cameras). this makes the notification feature very annoying.

Any chance to add this notification cooldown?

Notifications will be improved in 0.16 and will include this feature.

I have the latest version 0.16.0-beta3, but cannot find the notification cooldown setting. Has this been implemented? Thank you!
